1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
PG Search is a UAE-based executive search and leadership advisory firm. We support clients with executive search, leadership assessment, market mapping, and related advisory services. These Services can involve the collection and use of Personal Data about candidates, clients, referees, and other professional contacts.
2. CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR ROLES
Depending on the engagement, PG Search may act:
(a) as a controller, where we determine how and why Personal Data is processed (for example, maintaining our professional network, responding to enquiries, and delivering search and advisory services under our own methods), or
(b) as a processor or service provider on behalf of a client, where the client determines how and why Personal Data is processed (for example, where we support a client-managed recruitment or assessment process under the client's instructions).

3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
The type of Personal Data we collect depends on your interaction with us.
A. Personal Data you provide
If you contact us, participate in a search process, or share information for professional consideration, we may collect:

- Professional information: employer, title, career history, education, qualifications, languages, and professional memberships
- Candidate materials: CVs, biographies, profiles, work history, and role preferences (for example sector, geography, mobility)
- Process information: notes and communications relating to meetings, interviews, and role discussions
- Reference information: referee names and contact details, and reference feedback, where you choose to provide this and have permission to do so
- Compensation and availability information, where you choose to share it
If you are a client or prospective client, we may collect business contact details and information needed to scope and deliver services (for example role requirements, reporting lines, stakeholder expectations, and mandate communications).
B. Personal Data from other sources
In executive search and market mapping, we may also collect professional information from:
- Public sources (for example corporate websites, published biographies, professional networking platforms, conference agendas, and media)
- Referees and professional contacts
- Our clients, where relevant to a mandate
- Service providers supporting assessments, technology, or due diligence, where used and lawful
C. Sensitive Personal Data
We do not request sensitive Personal Data (for example health information, religious beliefs, or biometric identifiers). Please do not submit sensitive Personal Data to us. If processing of sensitive Personal Data becomes necessary for a specific, lawful purpose, we will apply appropriate safeguards and, where required, obtain explicit consent.
D. Website and device information
When you use the Site, we may collect:

- Pages viewed, time spent, referral source, and usage logs
